What a treasure!! Richards place is in an excellent location being close but 'not too close' to all East Lakeview aka Boystown has to offer. My first impression from the outside was wow and once inside it's nice too see an older building looking so fresh. No doubt Richards good taste in decor brought this feeling. Echo the house pup is the best ambassador The room has nice view and is the right size for me and when I return with my partner well be so comfortable. LOVE the shower! Being 6'4" the shower head height worked out Definitely booking again

Clean, good comms, and easy check-in. Convenient to Boystown, Lakeside, and Andersonville...and just next to Wrigley Field if you're a baseball fan. Very close to the Addison train station: good for transport, not so good if you're a light sleeper like me.

This stay was just perfect. The host was incredibly nice and friendly- the place was incredibly clean and in the perfect location. It was surprisingly quiet (being so close to Wrigley and the train- which is also perfect!) and I slept better there than I have in a while. I sincerely cannot recommend this more highly. Communication and friendliness were also top notch!
