This is a private bedroom and bath in an amazing one-of-a-kind space in Chicago’s West Lakeview / Roscoe Village neighborhood. Fantastic historic bank building turned 9-unit loft condos. Very high ceilings and a very nice layout.
You will have full access to your bedroom and bathroom, and the common living area which includes streaming services as well as the full kitchen with stove, microwave and oven, coffee, etc. Also available are a washer and dryer.
Absolutely no guests. Only the individuals on the misterb&b agreement are allowed in the condo.
No smoking/drugs at all. Quiet hours from 10 p.m.
There is on-street parking available for a fee as well as a city lot directly behind the building. Please be respectful of neighbors and never mention that you are staying as part of a rental.
NOTE: I am a semi-nudist at home and am hosting those who understand and support this lifestyle. Not required that you are but by booking you confirm that you understand this. Happy to get to know each other virtually before agreeing to book. Security cameras in the building but none in my condo.
