Gareth was the perfect host - very personable and friendly, but not invasive of space. Communication was clear throughout the whole process and the flat was clean and tidy. Only a 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre or 35 minute walk, so close enough for convenience but not inundated with any of the city noise. There are a couple of convenience stores and coffee shops in the area too so there was no stress having to go further out for any essentials.

A brilliantly located apartment for events at the Wales Millennium Centre. So convenient, and Gareth was so welcoming and considerate. I would definitely stay here again.

Gareth's flat is located centrally within the Bay Area. Gareth was fast in responding to queries before I made the booking.

Gareth is a great host, very friendly and provides all the necessary info pre/post arrival. The location of Gareth's lovely flat is brilliant for those wanting to explore the bay whilst still requiring access to the city centre. Highly recommend!

I just stayed at Gareth's for four nights. Communication for check in was great and I was warmly welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable. I would note to bring some earplugs because the street outside can get a little rambunctious late into the night (with what sounded like yelling teenagers having a good time) - though that could have been some special event during my particular dates. The location is perfect if you are looking for direct connections into Cardiff, but close enough if you prefer to walk. Many shops and eating locations are located right next to the apartments and the neighborhood felt safe. Cheers to Gareth for his hospitality. I was offered many refreshments during my stay, but also allowed solitude, which was appreciated. I would stay here again.
