Croeso! Welcome to my home! Very clean and tidy private room in a good location for exploring or having a relaxing time in Cardiff. Recently renovated & extended with an enclosed garden. Ideally situated property for city centre and Cardiff Bay. Including Motorpoint Arena, Principality & Cardiff City Stadium, Millennium Centre and near the M4. Cardiff city centre is approximately 20 minutes from my home and Cardiff Bay, approximately 20-30minute stroll. Local transport connections are also reliable. An ideal spot for a quiet weekend, or hitting the bars, shopping or whatever takes your fancy. Plenty to do within easy reach including historical and cultural venues.

A clean home and a very welcoming and accommodating host. I unfortunately fell ill during my stay and had to travel home early, but Spencer was very kind and helpful.

The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Only a short 15 minute walk to the closest train station and then only a 5 minute train journey into Cardiff Central. Spencer was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, great stay. We would recommend!

The house was immaculately clean. We stayed such a short time (for the Oasis gig) that I didn't end up meeting Spencer or even using the shower, so I can't comment on that. But the general appearance of the house was that of a cared-for home.

Communications with Spencer prior to arrival were excellent, he even mentioned that decorators would be working for part of my stay, which wasn't a problem at all. He also gave great advice on local eateries and places of interest including parking, which can be a bit of a nightmare in the city centre Spencer is a great host, I enjoyed our chats and my stay very much 😊
