Private room with exclusive bathroom and small balcony, in Quartu Sant'Elena and 1 km from Poetto beach, located on the second floor of a spacious apartment. The room has a comfortable queen-size double bed, (160 x 180 cm), air conditioning ( both cold and hot), free Wi-Fi, 50-inch smart TV with all streaming apps, bedside tables with drawers, extendable desk (great location for smart working), spacious wardrobe and mini-bar. The French door, which is double, gives plenty of natural light, while the shutters ensure intense darkness.
The private, windowed bathroom is equipped with all amenities such as a toilet, sink on a three-drawer cabinet, bidet, a very spacious shower (180 x 80 cm) and hairdryer.
The small terrace offers a small table and two chairs, convenient for enjoying a sunset in privacy.
Towels, bath towels, sheets and pillows are included.
Two beautiful pet cats also live inside the dwelling.
The neighborhood, residential and quiet, is a short walk from the Molentargius pond, the famous Poetto beach and Viale Colombo, the city's artery and full of clubs.
