Close to the beaches: You'll be able to walk to the sea! Whether you prefer nudism or traditional bathing, you're in luck! The house is within walking distance of both types of beaches. You can relax in the sun and take a refreshing dip in Sardinia's crystal clear sea.
Nudist Experience: The house is open to those who practice nudism and offers a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests. If you are interested in trying nudism, this is the ideal place to do so in a safe and comfortable setting.
Comfortable space: The house offers a private room with a private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the view and the Mediterranean climate. The kitchen is available to prepare your meals and socialize with other guests. Entrance hall, kitchen and lounge could be shared spaces with other guests.

✅ According to Art. 109 of the TULPS at your check-in you will be asked for the ID of all guests, including minors. If you do not have it or do not wish to provide it, it will not be possible to have you as guests.
What is prohibited to do in the house:
❌ forbidden to bring animals
❌ smoking prohibited in all areas
❌no hosting parties
❌forbidden to enter even momentarily to those who have not checked in.
