We rent a room in our house, with shared bathroom and toilet. We are located at the crossroads of the Oléron-Saintes and Royan-Rochefort routes, 20 minutes from these towns. We're a 25-minute drive from the first beaches of the Royan coast, 35 minutes from the beaches of Ile d'Oléron and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Beautiful garden, terrace for you to enjoy. Naturism only inside the house. Breakfast available. We have a cat who stays in the main room.

Fabrice is a fantastic host, very friendly and warm, providing lots of information. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated 😉. The house is very welcoming. We really enjoyed having breakfast in a lovely and pleasant garden. The location is ideal. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Thank you, Fabrice and Florian, you were perfect hosts. A visit to your garden with a very beautiful variety of plants. You guided us very well to organize our evening in Mornac-sur-Seudre (a very beautiful village), without forgetting to buy on our way out the very good flan from the Gua bakery. The room is impeccable and we slept like angels in it (not a sound). Thank you for your warmth and also for the coffee!. Looking forward to seeing you again. Pascal and Michel
