- About me I'm 63 years old. I live alone, my daughters having taken off some time ago. I live between lakes and mountains, near Grenoble in a quiet location. - The accommodation Ideal for 2 couples with or without children. (Price for children - ask for a special offer). Quiet location between Vizille and La Mure. Plateau Matheysin 1000m. The garden is very small. Sufficient for sitting outside, but not enough for ball games, etc. You need to enjoy nature!

Entire dwelling in house on 1st and 2nd floors. Two French windows opening onto a large balcony running the length of the house: Outside staircase offering independent access. Communs : Small garden, storeroom. In your presence, I live on the ground floor, I'm discreet, I can give advice and help, without discomfort. It will be a real pleasure to get to know you, without any obligation.

- Nearby Laffrey lakes (2km - sailing/swimming). 30km from Grenoble. Walks from the house (Beauregard, La Peyrouse 1700m, ...). Paragliding from La Peyrouse. Lake Monteynard is not far either (Passerelles Himalayenne du Drac, boat crossing -Access to Savel). Alpe du Grand Serre 35 minutes away.
