VISITS All visits need to be informed in advance so that they can be authorized in advance. PARTIES Parties are forbidden in the apartment or condominium. CHECKOUT Check-out must take place by 12:00 noon. POLICY FOR FORGOTTEN BELONGINGS: ******** If the Guest has forgotten an item in the accommodation, he/she must contact the host/hostess using the numbers provided by the platform at the time of the stay, to request a search for the item, giving precise details of the property. After the request has been made, those responsible will have up to two ******** working days to return to the Guest if the item has been located. 1.1 We cannot be held responsible for objects and valuables forgotten or lost within the condominium premises. 1.2 Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date of checkout. The Guest must contact us during this period and arrange collection. 1.3 We do not send forgotten items by courier. If it is picked up by a third party, they must provide the guest's details and the guest must provide the details of the person responsible for picking it up. 1.4 Service is available Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 18h00. 1.5 We do not extend the period for storing belongings; it is the guest's responsibility to schedule the pick-up within the time limit given. 1.6 After this period (30 days), the items will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of as appropriate.
