- Locked cupboard after the door: The first large cupboard after the entrance door is locked with cleaning products and bed linen, we use it when changing guests. Do not force the door of this cupboard. In the event of a break-in, you will be charged for the lock and the repair of the cupboard, together with a charge for any items that cannot be found or that have been damaged. Please inform your companions of this restriction to avoid any inconvenience. - Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 15:00, and check-out must be done by 11:00. We ask that you respect these times, as we need time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Please note that late check-out may result in extra charges. If you need to check in earlier or leave later, please contact me in advance to check availability and possible extra charges. - The contents of the minibar, coffee capsules and chocolates are complimentary, they serve as a treat for your stay. 😊 Feel free to take advantage of this treat during your stay with us. - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony, as long as you take precautions to ensure that smoke and ashes do not enter the interior of the apartment. Any damage caused by smoking to the inside of the apartment will result in additional cleaning fees. - Extra Guests: Please do not bring extra people without warning. The concierge staff is trained to notice unauthorized persons. If you really need an extra guest, just let me know. Please send a photo of your guest's ID so that entry at the gate can be organized. Remember that if your guest stays overnight, you will be charged R$75.00 per additional guest. - Maintenance and Cleaning: Please keep the apartment clean and organized during your stay. Use kitchen utensils and appliances with care. Wash dishes after use and avoid wasting personal hygiene products. If something is not working or there is any damage or accident, please let us know immediately so that we can sort it out and replace it. At check-out, leave the apartment as you found it. This means doing the dishes, turning off lights and appliances, and making sure the door is locked. - If you need to dispose of garbage, you can use the garbage cans located in basement -1, on the left. - Condominium rules: - No professional filming or photography is allowed in the common areas. - Please follow the rules of the common areas, which are detailed on the green signs at the entrance to each area, for example: swimming pool and gym. - Unfortunately PETS are not allowed in the common areas.
