Independent studio attached to my apartment located in a Villa Belle Epoque, in the historical district called Parc Impérial and walking distance from the Russian Church, shops and restaurants. 15mn from the sea and it will take you approx 20mn to walk to the old city. The studio was recently renovated, has its own A/C and entrance. Space : Private studio on the ground floor including an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a living room with a window overlooking a courtyard and the garden of the Russian church. It has its own entrance. Two single beds can be either used as two coaches or can be joint to make a double bed for the night. If a third person wants get accommodated, let me know a folding bed can be added with a small extra Although my garden is not directly accessible from the studio, you can ask me to book it and to get access to it if you want to organize a diner, have your breakfast or just enjoy some nature and some fresh air.

The neighborhood is residential and calm with the Russian Church nearby and beautiful houses from early 20th century all around. The villa is 2mn walk to bus stops that take you to the airport and downtown. The train station 5mn walk, can take you to Menton, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes or even to the beach resorts like cap d'ail, saint laurent d'eze . Therefore there is no need to have a car. NIce : Russian Church, Museums like Massena, Chagall, Modern and Contemporary Art Museum (MAMAC), musée Matisse, Musée National du Sport, castle remainings on top of the old city. Closeby : Villa ephrussi de rothschild (saint jean cap ferrat), eze village with its exotic garden, perfumes factory and beautiful panoramic, Monaco with its museum oceanographic and premium brands shops... Sea front : promenade des anglais Nice, paloma beaches (saint jean cap ferrat), saint laurent d'eze (eze), eden plage la mala (cap d'ail),... I'm always available to recommend some places to go. Thierry was a very kind and attentive host. The apartment is at street level on a nice quiet street. It was nice to have a kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast as well.

Despite being away during our stay, Thierry communicated well and was responsive. We reluctantly had to call him and wake up him when we arrived and we had trouble opening the door, but Thierry immediately sent help. The studio is centrally located, and it lived up to its description.

Thierry's studio was very clean and included all of the amenities outlined in the description. The A/C worked well, which was great during a heat wave. The studio is located in a beautiful part of Nice, near the Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas. Thierry also communicated very well and was an excellent host. His hospitality as well as restaurant and excursion recommendations were truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
