We are delighted to welcome you to our little corner of paradise, ideally located in town, with its swimming pool and garden (naturism possible). We'll give you a warm and friendly welcome and, if you like, we'll be happy to have a drink or two around the pool.

You'll enjoy the sun's caresses, the cool drops of water on your skin, the precious silences, breakfasts and meals in the sun or shade, guilt-free naps and textile-free laughter. Thank you for being among those who know that true luxury is simply being yourself.

We have TWO self-contained apartments for rent, located on the garden level of our villa. 1 apartment of 30 m2 (you're reading the right ad Ref ******** and a studio of 23 m2 (Ref ******** ) . Unoverlooked and out of sight, the apartment benefits from private access. In a quiet location, it faces the rising sun and enjoys a beautiful unobstructed view over Nice.

Located on the garden level of our villa, built in 1935, this charming apartment was completely renovated in 2021 in a contemporary style. With a surface area of 30 m2, it comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, a separate bedroom with cupboard, and a shower room.

All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Very well insulated, it stays naturally cool day and night. For added comfort, we've installed air conditioning. This apartment is strictly non-smoking; you may smoke outside. The price does not include the use of the sofa bed in the living room as a second bed.

You can use the shaded, private terrace and part of the garden. The swimming pool, where naturism is possible, is shared with my husband and me, and possibly by two other gay tenants, which is also very nice. In summer, the water temperature is + or - 30 degrees. With the solar cover, in May, June and September, it's around 25 degrees.

Our villa is located in the highly residential Cimiez district. The gay district, old Nice and the train station are just a 15/20 minute walk away, and the Castel gay beach a 25 minute walk. Four bus stops (10 minutes from the city center) and a grocery store are just 200 m away. The streetcar is only an 8-minute walk away. If you're driving, easy, free parking is available in nearby streets.

We rent for a minimum of 4 nights. Laundry and cleaning charges €40 extra. Tourist tax 6.43€ per night for the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. We are pleased to offer you a welcome basket.

To relax you even more, I offer naturist massages for men, in my massage room. A certified masseur with over fifteen years' experience, I see massage as an exchange between two bodies, two energies, and adapt my practice according to your feelings. I also offer individual massage courses. I offer preferential rates to my guests, as well as a massage for a stay of 7 nights or more.
