NICE HYPER CENTRE VILLE Apartment 2P

This was the second time I stayed at Ric's lovely apartment. Read my previous review for more details. But it is the perfect apartment for visiting Nice. I'll be back next year 😊

We came back a second time without hesitation. The apartment is always impeccable, the wifi works flawlessly and the air conditioning is great! You won't regret it.

We spent 9 days without any problems in the apartment. Ric is an attentive host. Everything went perfectly. The location is ideal. The neighborhood is great. The apartment is clean and adequate for 2 people. As for the kitchen, everything is simple but it's sufficient. The air conditioning works very well. I recommend

I stayed in Ric’s studio for 10 days and enjoyed it so much that I would actually consider buying the place! The location is absolutely perfect — just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, all the gay bars and restaurants, as well as great shopping. In addition to everything Ric already mentions in his description, I’d like to highlight a few extra details: The air conditioning was excellent — which is not always a given. In some places, I've only been provided with a fan, so this was a big plus. There was also a power outlet next to the bed, which I really appreciated — it's important to me to be able to charge my phone while using it comfortably in bed. The bathroom and shower were very clean and fresh. Ric responded immediately to my questions on ********, communicated in perfect English, and came across as very friendly and professional. The studio is peaceful and quiet, as both the window and balcony face a charming inner courtyard with morning sun and cool evening breezes. I truly have nothing to complain about, and I will definitely rent this lovely studio again in the future!

Pleasant and quiet studio with a very central location near the old town, beach, and shopping district. The apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and communication amenities (TV, Internet, Wi-Fi). Communication with Ric worked excellently. When the house entrance lock only functioned with a lot of persuasion on the first day, Ric immediately gave me his transponder.

Pleasant stay with Ric, excellent communication, comfortable and well-decorated accommodation, quiet, clean, and as shown in the photos! Very nice neighborhood, I highly recommend it!!

Nice little studio well located and nicely decorated. Richard welcomes us with a nice bottle of chilled rosé. Otherwise the apartment is generally comfortable and functional except the kitchen area is under-equipped. No freezer, no microwave, only one saucepan and one frying pan, etc. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would also be a plus since the shutter doesn't close completely. But comfortable bed, responsive host and overall positive impression.

Very pleasant apartment and very well located: the tram is at the end of the street, old Nice is less than 5 minutes away. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful.

For me this apartment represents home, Riccardo is a classy host, discreet, calm and accommodating, I would say perfect, I recommend everyone to come here for the beauty, refinement of the house and the location.
