Right in the heart of the city, apartment URBAN3 is fully soundproofed with double glazing. It features a large bathroom with a magnificent Italian-style shower. Shower towels and linen are provided.

great place! location is amazing, close to train station and main street. Flat was clean when we arrived and check in process was easy and clear. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay when visiting Nice.

Good value for money, being near the station the area isn't very nice, but the apartment is pretty. Fortunately the windows block most of the noise from the highway, so rest is assured!

We got to spend 5 days here. The location is top-notch, the apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Perfect also if you want to self-cater more cheaply on-site. Supermarkets all within easy reach. Communication and handover were hassle-free. Only one or two pieces of furniture in the living room were a bit wobbly. But that didn't detract from the perfect stay. Thank you! Gladly again.
