Spacious, recently renovated, air-conditioned apartment in the center of Nice, 100m from the SNCF train station and Avenue Jean Médecin. The "Thiers" tramway station is a 3-minute walk from the building, taking you to the city's most popular tourist attractions.

The AUBER apartment is fully equipped and comprises a main room with a real Queen-size bed, a 90x200 pull-out bed (suitable for both adults and children), a desk area, Led TV, air conditioning... There's also a large bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (table and chairs for 4, induction hob, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and everything you need for cooking and eating). We also provide a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and high-speed WIFI connection.

A wonderful apartment for our short stay. Walking distance to most attractions and close to the tram. Check-in and check-out was easy, and hosts were attentive to our needs - checking in if we needed anything during our stay.

Very nice little studio very well located 2 minutes from the SNCF train station, car rental at the foot of the building. All essential shops just a stone's throw away. The Tramway 400 meters away. A big thank you to Ludovic and his entire team at BOOKINGUYS.COM. Very good stay.
