This independent, well-appointed studio is located near the city center, the citadel of Lille and the Wazemmes district: shops, restaurants, transport. Quiet, ideal for students or business travelers.
Located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator) of an old, typical Lille building, with a breathtaking view of the Sacré-Coeur.
To make the most of your stay, you'll have at your disposal :
- A living room with a double bed (140X190),
- A well-equipped and functional open-plan kitchen: oven, hob, cooker, utensils, dishes, Nespresso coffee maker and dining area.
- A well-appointed bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and toilet.
This is a highly functional apartment with a well-thought-out layout.
The decoration is well thought-out and the services of quality.
The apartment is located in a quiet area at the rear of the building.
Bathroom linen, bed linen and tea towels will be provided on arrival.
Arrivals and departures can be flexible.
République metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
Two V'Lille stations are also available 100 meters from the apartment. You can use the Ilevia app to get around Lille.
