"Cozy Private Stay for Men – Suburban Comfort Near the Sea!"

A unique and wonderfully warm host in an amazing home. Christopher's generosity was incredible, his garden amazing and alive with birdlife, and his guest room an extremely comfortable space. We thoroughly enjoyed his exemplar hospitality and a great stay

Christopher couldn’t have been any more flexible and accommodating in the run up to my arrival, calmly managing the evolving situation against a backdrop of shifting dates. He’s the very essence of a decent bloke - down to earth, unfussy, an open book, genuine, authentic, kind... He’s well travelled too and this aspect, alongside his academic qualifications and professional experience, makes for intelligent, stimulating and diverse conversation. Circa 25 minutes drive into Cape Town, 3 minutes from a large shopping mall and less than 10 from the beach, this listing is located in a smart, residential area. It feels safe. On-street parking is freely available. My bedroom was very comfortable and opposite, my own shower & toilet was a welcome bonus. The main indoor living spaces were mine to share too. Christopher has an interesting and eclectic collection of artwork, some pieces being real points of conversation. Outside is a horticulturists dream, with lots of nooks & crannies amongst the many plants in which to sit and laze... The plunge pool is great. This is a relaxed, welcoming home-share and one that I can recommend.

My stay at Christopher's house was magnificent. It's located it's not central, but in a quiet and safe area, the house is clean with artful and tasteful decor, a nice private pool, and a pleasant atmosphere. Christopher has a beautiful, sweet, calm, and independent dog (pepper) that you'll love :) And last but not least, Christopher makes your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He's a great guide, gives you tips, picks you up from the airport free of charge, and is super communicative. Respectful and kind. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and comfortable stay, Ps. Excellent home and host ! Friendly and knowledgable. The morning coffee and the guest relations officer " Pepper the dog" are recommended ! It's in a quiet area, not city centre but that's what I wanted and close to shopping centres and restaurants and 5 min from R27 road into Cape Town central . Thanks for great stay.

Christopher is a perfect host! He has created a wonderfully comfortable home that is full of care and thoughtfulness. The location is peaceful with quick access to the beach and a short ride into many tourist areas. I highly recommend this listing!
