Cosy little room in Marseille 8e

Located 13 minutes' walk from Parc Chanot, 20 from Vélodrome, 30 from Plage du David.

I welcome you in my apartment with my two cats: Lisou and Sami. They never enter the room.

The room is small but has everything you need: a single bed (90 cm) and EMMA bedding. It's on the street side of the ground floor.

The street is not very busy. I'd be delighted to give you some advice for your stay.

The apartment is like a loft, open plan. My bedroom is separated from the living room by a screen. Yours is private.

-- Neighborhood description Le Rouet is located in the 8th arrondissement, 2 minutes from the Prado "Ville". Nearby you'll find all the shops you need: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, super Asian restaurant, etc.

-- Getting around Métro Perrier is a 10-minute walk away (Line 2). Many bus lines are less than 10 minutes' walk away.
