Fully equipped, private room, in a beautiful, large apartment, where you can work, play, or tour beautiful Paris. Conveniently located at Metro Porte de Montreuil, you have line 9, the Tramway, and public bike stations nearby to get you in the absolute center and gayborhood in about 15-20 minutes. Just minutes away from CDG airport and major train stations as well.

For a Parisian Department it’s actually quite big. Total is 85m2. There’s a large table where I’ve hosted dinner parties for 15, and the kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal you can imagine. The living room space has a large screen TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon prime. There is a large sofa and a big comfortable easy chair opposite a large custom designed library full of books for you to enjoy during your stay.

The bedroom includes the most comfortable queen size bed, I have ever owned, perfect for rest or play. There is also a large dressing room area so you can easily get changed while your bed buddy still sleeps.

Welcome to Paris! I hope you enjoy yourself while staying at my place. It’s quite large for a Parisian apartment so there’s plenty of space to relax, read one of the many books in the library, or make a fantastic meal. for visiting the city, my apartment is very well-connected by Metro, Tramway, or public bike. You can be in le Marais in 15–20 minutes. As this is a shared space, please be mindful of your noise after 11 PM, as my fabulous roommate, David enjoys his sleep at night, as do my neighbors. Parties are not permitted and unfortunately we cannot have children or pets, unless David is traveling, then this could be negotiable. We do not smoke inside the apartment, but if you must have one, it’s only one floor to the street or you can go out the window. Enjoy!
