There may be cheaper accommodations out there. But Andrés Place is definitely worth the money. Rarely had such an attentive and courteous host as André. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. And the accommodation was very clean. André is a true artist and possesses quite different talents. Playing the piano and composing are just 2 of many. Especially for solo travelers looking for connection, André is a highly interesting person to meet, and he's also very good-looking. He immediately gives you the feeling of visiting an old friend. Best thanks to you André for your warm hospitality once again.

Exceptional Host and Perfect Stay! I want to start by mentioning that Andre helped me with a personal issue and truly saved me - he's an absolute angel. Without his kindness, understanding, and support, my trip would have looked completely different. The apartment is located just a 2-minute walk from public transportation that connects you to every part of the city and beyond. The place is shiny and well-organized, and Andre provides everything you might need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The room is very large, extremely clean, and fully equipped. I highly recommend staying at Andrey's apartment - he turned out to be not only a wonderful host but also a genuinely kind and caring person.

Also his appartement is easy to reach and there was free parking in front of the builidngl If I visit Cologne again I will definitly book with André again.

I was in Köln for 24 hours to see my fav DJ play and needed a home base. Andrés place was perfect with every creature comfort one could need. Since this was my first time booking accommodation here, I was pleasantly surprised that everything went smoothly. André was a very accommodating and friendly host with whom I had nice conversations and who also gave me many tips for going out. The apartment was nicely furnished and easy to reach by tram, and also centrally located overall. I would definitely book again next time.

I came to visit for pride weekend and i'm so glad i chose to stay at Andrés beautiful place for it! Not only did he provide great amenities, he helped with navigating around the city, pronouncing/learning german, working on my piano skills, plus his place was less than a 1-2minute walk from the tram stop, and countless more. I really couldn't ask for more, André is such a great host. The listing was on the pricier side but it was so worth it, i wouldn't even think twice about it, i could go on forever recommending staying here!

André is a very accommodating host, everything was well organised and prepared when I arrived. He is very friendly, personable, communicative and helpful. I immediately felt at home. The flat is tastefully furnished and fully digitalised, nothing is missing. I can only recommend staying there and André really is an exceptional host.
