Very central, quiet room near the gay district

It was another wonderful stay with Manuel, just like last time. Everything was clean and tidy, smooth communication beforehand, and great public transport access. I can only recommend it warmly 😊

Manuel is incredibly kind and (overly) discreet! I felt more at home than he did... in his own home! Everything is perfect. Always with a smile and such hospitality! Three wonderful days full of discoveries. Close to the city center and everything you need for an excellent stay!

I stayed at Manuel's place for one night. It was easy to find—just a short train ride from Cologne Cathedral and very close to the station. The room was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with a strong shower. I especially loved the small balcony where I could relax and even smoke, and I enjoyed watching squirrels in the trees. There's also a great brewery restaurant just a minute away with delicious food and local beer at good prices. Highly recommended!

To my regret i stayed only 1 short night at manuels apartment and i liked it. Location, offer, cleaniness, communication all at its best. willing to stay again:-)

I am really glad Manuel was able to host me on my visit to Cologne. His place is located in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance from downtown. His apartment is nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and with all amenities. Manuel is a really nice guy, helpful, easy to communicate with (before and after the stay), and always with a smile on his face :) His place is highly recommended and I will definitely stay at his place next time.

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect. Manuel was very good in communicating all of the necessary information in order to ensure a smooth check in. The energy and vibe of the room made me feel at home. The location made it very easy to walk everywhere. Manuel made sure I had everything I needed and was easily reachable if necessary.

Manu was a great host, always friendly and helpful from before I arrived and during my stay. The place is a super location, can easily walk everywhere, or the metro and trams just a few minutes away. Very comfortable room and bed. 5 stars!
