Room with garden in a modern studio flat in Colognes hip area...

The days at Herbert's were very pleasant. A beautiful large room with terrace and a view of the garden, comfortable good bed, own toilet, new shared bathroom with the other residents, everything spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Very friendly and accommodating communication with Herbert, who is always available and treats his guests sympathetically. Happy to return, thank you very much!

The room is very comfortable and spacious, with a nice garden at the back. It has its own toilet, while the bathroom is shared with other guests, but this has not proven to be a problem. Check-in was super easy thanks to Michael. The location of the apartment is perfect in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood.

The place is clean and modern, and located near a vibrant neighborhood in Köln, with a lovely garden walkout right from our room! Herbert could not have been more helpful and welcoming. This was probably the most calming place of our entire trip, and so needed at the end of our journey! We strongly recommend Herbert and this place!

The room is very spacious and impeccable. The apartment is perfectly located in the trendy Ehrenfeld district. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Herbert is exceptionally nice, takes care of everything, and answers all questions. I stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. Warm, Welcoming and Wonderful. From the moment I first made contact to reserve the room, to feeling very welcomed upon arrival, Herbert is a very hospitable and welcoming host. The room with a garden is very spacious, inviting and beautifully decorated. It's a pleasure to be able to go into the garden with a nice glass of wine and sit and relax. The room and apartment are very stylishly modern - it's unmistakable that the landlord is an artist. The room is very spacious, the bed is excellent - I slept wonderfully. It was a great night at Herbert. Confortable bed. Big room with garden. Herbert is very easy going , friendly and helpful. Room is near to underground Leyendeckerstraße or train station K-ehrenfeld. It is a very Quiet place to stay on your journey . Highly recommended.
