room with nice view , central and confortable

I had a wonderful time at Iram's place. Iram was always ready to help whenever I needed anything, and the accommodation had all the comforts I required. Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs for buying food to cook at home, and several restaurants just a few steps away. Tram 18 stops right in front of the house and connects you to the train station, the city center, and the areas with pubs, bars, and other fun spots to spend time. When I return to Cologne, I would be very happy to stay with Iram again.

This accommodation is highly recommended. Communication with the host is excellent, he helps with every question and also with directions to the accommodation. He is a very polite, attentive and pleasant host. He also has plenty of tips for the city. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and has a wonderful view over Cologne! I had a great experience with Iram, he was super nice and always very helpful no matter what time i wrote to him. The room was very clean and in a very central position, supermarkets, bus stops, everything you need is very near. Very highly recommended

Iram's room was exactly as advertised. The S-Bahn was conveniently located for a quick trip to the city center but also a nice walk if that's what you want. While we didn't get to meet Iram due to his work, communications were easy and we had no problem getting in or out.

It was a very pleasant stay with Iram. He was very polite and gave me tips! Everything was great. Gladly again!

Iram is simply one of a kind! Very helpful, very kind, warm, welcoming, he shared the best tips, the apartment is beautiful and we had some fun conversation! I will be looking forward to staying here again when I come back to this city.

Nice cozy room in perfect area, not far from shops and pups and gaylocation. Great view Iram wasn't there but stayed in contact via ********. Highly recommended.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the Unicenter Cologne, 11th floor. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Communication with Iram before our arrival was smooth and he had informed us in advance that he would not be present. The bathroom could use a bit more attention during the next cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we can recommend the accommodation.

Iram was very punctual and helpful with everything. Although I didn't get to meet him he was prompt with any replies and gave good advice on where to go in cologne.
