I offer a guest room in the center of Cologne. The room is located between Rudolfplatz and Zülpicherplatz in a quiet parallel street to the lively Hohenstaufenring, not far from the student nightlife district Zülpicher Straße. DOMESTIC EQUIPMENTS: The room is 12 square meters. With a 140 cm wide bed. Kitchen and bathroom are available for shared use. The room, as well as the entire apartment are just recently renovated, comfortably furnished and it is very well maintained.

The room is just four minutes walk from the Bermuda Triangle (Schaafenstraße) with numerous gay bars and pubs such as ExCorner, MuMu, Exile, Iron, MaxBar, but also Café Era and Rico as well as the Phoenix Sauna etc. Just outside the door are some nice daytime cafes where you can have breakfast and within ten minutes you will find numerous restaurants and snack bars where you can dine in the evening.

I had an absolutely uncomplicated stay. Communication with Viktor was clear and smooth. Check-in was super pleasant and totally relaxed. The apartment itself was very clean, everything was well-maintained. I would stay here again anytime!

I highly recommend Viktor's apartment if you are looking for a place to stay in Cologne, very clean and tidy. You can walk to the famous cologne cathedral from the apartment, but the tram station is also 5mins away if you prefer. Many shops and restaurant nearby. Viktor was also a great, kind and friendly host. He made sure I had everything I need.

Everything was perfect and I felt very comfortable in Viktor's guest room. My tight schedule unfortunately didn't allow much time for longer conversations and meetings, but enough to ask Viktor again if I visit Cologne later.

Viktor was very nice and accommodating. The location and room was perfect and in line with expectations and price range. We had to leave one day early due to unforeseen circumstances, to which the host was very understanding and helpful. Thank you for the nice stay.
