The host was very nice. However, we rarely met. I would have appreciated not finding out upon arrival that the apartment is under the roof and only accessible by stairs. Furthermore, the advertised parking spaces in front of the door were only available for four hours, then an additional fee would have been required. Correct information would have been helpful. As a result, I had to pay extra for a spot in a parking garage. The sofa bed in the living room was okay.

I had a perfect stay with Andrea in the pleasant and lively Cologne district of 'Sülz'. His guest room under the roof is spacious and has a lot of charm. Whenever we met, we had extremely interesting, even inspiring conversations. It's an Italian oasis in Cologne, also in terms of cuisine. Grazie, Andrea.

Unfortunately I couldn't meet Andrea personally but he organized everything very well so I could stay with his friend in this super cozy apartment. I felt very welcome and had a nice conversation with Ivo. He was very caring and super friendly. I would stay there again and hope to meet Andrea next time. Thank you very much!!!

Andrea is a great host. Quiet, friendly, respectful, interested. Communication and check in could not be easier. He has a clean and warm home. The sofabed is really very comfortable. I enjoyed our conversation during breakfast. I would absolutely book his place again without any hesitation.
