The Résidence is located less than 100 meters from the sandy beaches, in a prestigious residence in the La Bocca district of Cannes, with 2 large outdoor swimming pools open in season (April/October) and a restaurant. The apartment is 300 meters from a number of shops and less than 2 km from the center of Cannes and its famous Palais des Festivals.

The apartment/duplex is located on the 7th & 8th floors, comprising a spacious living room with rapido convertible sofa and 1 armchair + 1 small 1/2-seater convertible sofa, beautiful fully-equipped kitchen, small laundry room with washing machine. On the upper floor, a small bedroom with bunk beds (2x1 person), bathroom/WC with bath and shower, a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a terrace with two deckchairs to enjoy the Cannois air. Secure underground parking is available on request. High-speed WIFI connection via fiber, TV and set-top box (35 channels).

BY PLANE Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 27 km from Cannes and can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car. Cannes-Mandelieu airport is 15 minutes from downtown Cannes and the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes.

BY BUS Shuttle buses run from the airport to Cannes in about 45 minutes (via the freeway): Bus Line 210 Cannes Express - Departures: Terminal 1 - platform 4 & Terminal 2 - platform 3. Check timetables HERE. From Cannes Hôtel de Ville bus station, take Bus N°1 or N°2 to Mairie Annexe Cannes La Bocca station.

BY ROAD Cannes is linked by the A8 freeway "La Provençale", take the exit (N°42 Cannes Ouest / La Bocca) then follow direction Cannes La Bocca via avenue Francis Tonner to rue de la verrerie.
