Mixed experience I didn't feel comfortable in the accommodation. The first reason is the lack of a door to the bathroom. There's just a curtain. I also didn't appreciate being woken up after a night out because I used the wrong towel (we had the same ones). It's also not right to enter the bedroom without permission, even to tidy up. Our personal belongings were pushed into the corners. Charging my friend an extra €80 was excessive. It came to almost €70 per night, which is too expensive for what was offered. The location is perfect. The park next door is really nice. Gay venues 15 minutes' walk away. Overall, I don't recommend this accommodation.

Perfectly located, very large room in the heart of gay Schöneberg. Romanus is a pleasant, helpful, and unobtrusive host. Great value for money! Everything worked out perfectly.

This was smooth sailing all along. Centrally located room, cozy place overall, and Romanus made it a lot easier. Even though I had arrival issues (flight delays, etc.), he accommodated this to the schedule; communication and cohabitation were perfect.

The apartment was in a perfect location and exactly as listed. During my 2-night stay I felt comfortable in every way. Romanus is a very warm person; he made me feel right at home. Located in a historic building, this apartment is ideal for those who want a neighborhood experience rather than staying in touristy areas, and of course the public transportation links are very strong. The room Romanus offered was quite large and airy...
