Welcome to our 87 m2 luxury apartment, fully renovated in 2024 and located in the dynamic Ternes district, Place Saint Ferdinand!

This top-floor, south-facing apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard and is bathed in natural light. Enjoy peace and quiet in the heart of Paris.

Bedrooms : Master bedroom: King-size bed (180x200) with built-in mattress topper. Exceptional bedding, from the same supplier as a luxury hotel, with a mattress made in France, cashmere overlay.

Second bedroom: queen-size bed (160x200) with integrated mattress topper. Living area: Spacious, bright living room: Equipped with a high-end 65-inch (165 cm) TV, with access to Netflix and Prime Video. Quality materials and furniture signed by designers (GamFraresi, Sarah Lavoine, Matthieu Chalières). Kitchen: Due to a delay in the delivery of our complete kitchen, we have temporarily equipped it with a sink, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, JURA coffee maker, Airfryer (Oven), hob and dishwasher. Please note that the kitchen configuration is not entirely optimal, hence the reduced rental price. Completion of kitchen by end of September 2024.
