Lovely, typically Parisian loft a stone's throw from the Champs Élysées

I offer you my lovely 30 m2 loft with typical Parisian style and decoration, very bright, high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. This is my main residence. You'll feel at home here, with all the comforts of home.

The apartment is 30 m2. It comprises an entrance hall, a bathroom (shower + WC + washbasin + washing machine), a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a cosy sitting area. The double bed ("French-king-size": 140cm x 200cm) is high and accessed by stairs. Comfortable mattress. 2 large windows provide plenty of natural light.

Very central (a stone's throw from the Champs Élysées, Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower).

As in all Paris, my neighborhood is "LGBTQ+ friendly". The main gay district (Le Marais) is a 10-minute metro ride away.

The neighborhood is quite "bourgeois" and totally secure. All amenities are nearby (supermarket, cafés, bakery, pharmacy, etc.).

The "Charles-de-Gaule Étoile" metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can easily get to all parts of Paris.
