- Night and day parties are prohibited. - Out of respect for the neighbors' rest and for a healthy coexistence, it is not allowed to violate the noise restrictions during the established hours (22:00 - 8:00): music, loud talking, arguments, etc. during the hours of rest that generate problems for the neighbors will be cause for termination of the reservation contract. - Gatherings and spending the day with family or friends are allowed, respecting the neighbors' schedules and rest. - The maximum number of people allowed to visit is 4 apart from the guests and only the people included in the reservation can stay overnight for legal reasons. (In times of maximum concurrence there may be limitations in common areas such as hammocks and swimming pool if so advised by the Community for visitors). - Smoking is requested only in outdoor areas. - It is forbidden to accumulate garbage inside the house, terrace or common corridors (the Community has its own garbage containers 24h). - It is obligatory to respect the rules of coexistence for the swimming pool and common areas inside the house, as well as in the common areas. - The Community is obliged to keep the 4 access doors to the complex locked. - It is not allowed to make professional or commercial recordings of any kind in the whole property without the express consent of the owner. - For the acceptance of pets please contact the owner first (special conditions and restrictions apply).
