Staff hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday only (closed Saturday and Sunday). If you have an emergency or an urgent matter please CALL rather than text or message only. We may not check platform or text messages outside of business hours.
Pets may be allowed ONLY if requested at booking. Dogs must be nonaggressive and not make noise in a manner that would bother others and must be up to date on shots. There may be breed and size limitations. There may be an additional charge. Pets must be up to date on shots and on active flea and tick treatment. Should pets be overly aggressive or noisy Owner may require Guest to take corrective steps up to and including removal of the pet from the property. Should this be required there is no refund for past or future nights.
No smoking or vaping (including marijuana) is allowed in the property or in any indoor or outdoor shared areas.
This property is in an upscale residential area full of hard-working professionals. We expect guests to respect their neighbors. Please be reasonably quiet. No parties or gatherings. Quiet hours after 10 pm and before 7:30 am. Reservation is for the number of people indicated when booking.
