- Please no shoes/food/beverages in bedrooms or upstairs areas to ensure a clean space for yourselves & future guests. - Smoking allowed outside only. If there is smoking inside the house a $200 deep cleaning fee will apply. - Pets allowed if they’re potty/house trained however if there is an accident on furniture or carpet a $200 deep clean fee will apply. Pets not allowed on beds or furniture. Please also clean up after them if they go potty outside. If the housekeeper has to clean up pup waste from the front or back yard an additional $50 fee will apply.
