The house is a real respite from the chaos of São Paulo. 8 minutes' walk from the Sumaré metro, next to the Sabesp park, real bakery and shops in general. 2 large, airy living rooms, fireplace, winter garden, kitchen, laundry room. Outside: barbecue with fridge, swimming pool, outbuilding and full bathroom. On the second floor; two suites, only one of which is available for rent; suite with fireplace, queen bed and view.

We are a 25-minute walk from São Paulo, and 5 minutes by subway.

We can customize your experience at the house. Before you check in, let me know if you would like us to prepare the house/experience with: *Cheese/cold cuts and wine board *Bath/Spa *Relaxing massage, shiatsu, acupuncture *Open-air cinema *Refrigobar set up with drinks of your choice (All extras will be charged separately)
