Superior Private Room in Owner‐Occupied Sitges

Welcome to your stay in Sitges. You are staying in a private room within my owner‐occupied apartment, located in the centre of Sitges. Each room has its own private and comfortable bathroom. The apartment features a large rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, offering a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the view over the surrounding hills and sea breeze. Please note that the swimming pool is closed from 1 October until 31 March, depending on weather conditions. This period may be extended by approximately one month if necessary. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen for basic needs, including a coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. Several supermarkets are located just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The apartment is 1–2 minutes’ walk from Sitges train station and is located at Carrer de Sant Bartomeu 20, right in the town centre. The beach is approximately 100–150 metres from the apartment. Please remember that this is a shared, residential home, and guests are expected to respect the apartment, shared spaces, and neighbours at all times.
