Private double room with exclusive bathroom in shared apartment with me and my two quiet and reserved cats. The apartment is located in Opera, just outside Milan, in a quiet, green area just minutes from Humanitas, IEO, Scalo Milano and Forum di Assago - perfect for those seeking comfort and tranquility close to the city.
The room is bright and equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning via portable air conditioner, cable TV and access to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The portable air conditioner is available during the warmer months and, like many similar devices, can produce a more noticeable vibration noise when set to high power. Despite this, it provides effective temperature control for maximum comfort. During milder periods, you can cool the room by opening the windows for natural air exchange.
The room is furnished with blackout curtains and blinds to ensure optimal rest, even during the day. Accommodations include linens, blankets, a desk with a workstation, a closet for storing clothes, and an iron for every need.
The private bathroom is complete with towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer for a comfortable stay.
Important note: The bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests but is not inside the room: it is located adjacent just outside the door in the hallway. The layout can be seen in the photos in the ad.
Guests have exclusive use of the room and bathroom, but can also freely use the common areas: fully equipped kitchen, living room, and two balconies.
The apartment is shared only with me and my two cats, who are quiet and reserved. They do not have access to the guest room.
