An all-around perfect stay: a spotless private room with a spacious attached modern bathroom and even a private balcony; easy access, smooth communication with Davide and prime location. Davide also accommodated a late check-in and a late check-out and kindly shared local recommendations. Can't wait to be back!

Davide is really educated and very flexible (I arrived late at night for a 2 hours flight delay, he managed everything). From the beginning he tried to make my stay comfortable. Attentive, tried to help as much as he could. He respects independency and makes you feel at home. The room is incredible, very new (completely refurbished), better than a hotel, every detail is looked into. Silent, and with all amenities. Davide, it was really a pleasure having met you. Thank you!

Smooth booking, communication, check-in/out, Davide has been a super host. Room has a private entrance and bathroom and is very private. It is newly renovated and is beautiful and was very clean. Location is well connected with tram and short distance from the city centre and metro. Highly recommend this place!
