Emanuele is the perfect host. Always ready to help you! He's kind and professional. We woke up late on the last day and he kindly postponed our check out without any complain. The place is bright, clean and really cool. Would love to come back there in my next trip to Milan

Emanuele is kind, reliable and easy-going host. The room is comfortable, large and clean; the flat, very close to center, is near metro Station and tram stop. Would definitely stay again

Very pleasant rooms, well equipped.. Quiet neighborhood..

Emanuele's apartment is lovely and located right next to public transportation. It was very easy to get around Milan, day and night, and probably take only about 15 minutes to reach the city centre. The building is very quiet and located in a part of town with lots of students and affordable housing. It's actually a very cool area with a diverse and multi-cultural population--not at all like the posh centre of Milan, but really working class and with its own neighbourhood bars and particularly good breakfast spots. The hosts are very discreet and mostly keep to themselves. The listing does NOT include use of a kitchen. So this place is good for people who prefer not to socialize with their hosts, and who don't need to prepare any food during their stay, because otherwise the room is very comfortable and convenient.

Flat is on the basement of a building, easy to get to by bus from centre of Milan. However as owners resort to the kitchen when guests are visiting makes it very awkward not to be able to get even a glass of water from the kitchen, felt quite uncomfortable at times.
