I had a problem with the reception. Indeed, it was impossible to reach reception at night even though it was open 24/7. I was stuck outside for half an hour.... They didn't answer the phone at the group's reservation center or the doorbell on site. It took another guest passing inside to help me and go fetch someone from inside. Also, at breakfast, the cleaning staff invaded the dining area to serve themselves after official hours and this with no respect whatsoever for guests. Incredible!
