“Nous avons passé une seule nuit pour éviter de prendre la route après une fête pour le nouvel an. La réservation était facile sur MisterBnB. La résidence nous a envoyé avant notre arrivée des instructions pour trouver la résidence avec des codes d'accès pour le parking. L'emplacement était facile à trouver avec le GPS, et l'accueil était excellent à la réception. Nous avions nos deux petits chiens, du coup il y avait un petit supplément à régler, mais ça passe bien car l'accueil nous a offert des gourmandises pour les chiens. L'entrée et les couloirs sont propres, et le petit studio propre aussi. Par contre, tout l'immeuble fait un peu vieux, et il y avait des traces de calcaire foncées dans la cuve des toilettes. Les toilettes sont nettoyés, mais ça fait vieux aussi. Les murs sont très fins, et on entend tout dans le couloir depuis le studio. Pour nous, c'était parfait pour une nuit en ville avec nos chiens après avoir fait la fête. Par contre, je ne me vois pas passer une semaine de vacances ici car le bruit des autres résidents dans le couloir et dans les autres chambre me réveillent la nuit.”

Our residence enjoys an ideal location in the heart of Montpellier, close to the famous Antigone district, the Le Polygone shopping center, and approximately a 15-minute walk from Place de la Comédie. Bus and tram stops are also within easy walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city.

We spent only one night to avoid driving after a New Year's party. Booking was easy on MisterBnB. The residence sent us instructions before our arrival to find the place with parking access codes. The location was easy to find with GPS, and the reception was excellent. We had our two small dogs, so there was a small supplement to pay, but it was fine because the staff offered treats for the dogs. The entrance and hallways are clean, and the small studio is clean too. However, the whole building feels a bit old, and there were dark limescale marks in the toilet bowl. The toilets are clean, but they also feel old. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything in the hallway from the studio. For us, it was perfect for one night in the city with our dogs after partying. However, I can't see myself spending a week's vacation here because the noise from other residents in the hallway and other rooms wakes me up at night.
