"The room was spacious and the entire flat was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed, great shower pressure and hot water.Loved having balcony adjacent to my bedroom. Location is fantastic. Many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Easy transportation to connect anywhere in Berlin. The best part was the warm hospitality of the hosts. Inclusive without being intrusive. Enjoyed sharing conversation, wine and meeting some of their friends. Have a personalized walking tour of the neighborhood. The whole experience was much better than I had imagined."

"Luis is a very likeable and friendly host. The apartment is spacious, very clean and beautifully furnished. The room is bright and equipped with a comfortable box spring bed. The kitchen could be used. The large terrace area was particularly great, with a view of the adjacent forest area, where it was very nice to have breakfast in the mornings. Free parking in front of the apartment complex and you're quickly at the tram stop. The apartment is only accessible via stairs. I would be very happy to come back!"

"Staying at Stephan and Ingo's apartment is like staying at a fancy hotel - very clean and well maintained, beautifully appointed and equipped, as well as your very own 5-piece bathroom. It is very close to the gay district, and a 30-minute walk from the main train station. The hosts also gave me wonderful advice and tips to make the most of my short stay in Cologne. Highly recommended stay, and I would book this again if i found myself going to Cologne again!"

"Manuel is a very accommodating, communicative and straightforward host. He had a wonderful tip for dinner in the Kleingarten colony and accompanied us to dinner, being very entertaining. He was also very understanding and considerate. The location of the apartment on Bornholmer Straße is conveniently accessible by public transport. One should note that the room cannot be darkened, but we never do that anyway – and Manuel had provided sleep masks. It was a successful stay."
