Welcome to our bright penthouse apartment, located right in the heart of Munich’s Glockenbachviertel, the city’s vibrant gay neighborhood.

We’re incredibly central, and the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We live on the 6th floor (no elevator). In just a five-minute walk, you can reach the Isar River, the large gay sauna (Deutsche Eiche), the city’s main square (Marienplatz), the nearest subway stations (Marienplatz or Isartor), and Munich’s most popular gay bars and cafés. The gay beach (Flaucher) is a 20-minute bike ride away.

We’re social, athletic, curious, and outgoing hosts who truly enjoy meeting travelers—that’s exactly why we’re on Misterb&b. We love to socialize, share stories, and connect with our guests—while, of course, always respecting privacy. We sometimes volunteer and run bars at Munich’s gay community center, and we’re well-connected within the local LGBTQ+ scene.

If you’re interested, we’d be happy to share insider tips on nightlife, events, and hidden gems—beyond the usual tourist guides. We speak French, German, English, and Spanish.

You’ll be staying in our shared living room, which can be partitioned off with curtains for more privacy. The bed is a comfortable single bed, and the apartment is very bright thanks to its rooftop location. One of the highlights is our spacious private terrace with no direct view into the apartment—perfect for relaxing, having a coffee, or smoking, which is only allowed outdoors on the terrace. The apartment is cozy and open. We provide fast Wi-Fi, towels, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This place is ideal for solo travelers who enjoy going out, meeting people, and discovering Munich from a local’s perspective. If you’re looking for one of the most central locations in the city, a rare private rooftop terrace, and hosts who are deeply connected to the LGBTQ+ community, we’d be delighted to welcome you.

I had a fab stay with Nico and Olivier! I loved the apartment and it's in a terrific location, just a few minutes from the main food market and the Deutsche Eiche, which were both fun. The terrace was also a bonus! Nico recommended a walking tour as I hadn't been in town in for several years and that proved to be a good idea. On my second night we stayed in and ate together. It was a fun evening. Lovely guys, nice apartment and terrific location. Just what I needed. Thanks guys!

I had a great stay with Nicolas and Oliver! Their apartment is lovely and perfectly located. The gorgeous balcony is a big bonus! We had a great time chatting in the evenings, and they had great tips for what to do and see around town. Great guys, great place, great city... I couldn't ask for more. 🌟

Wow! What a great apartment in a great location. The rooftop terrace gave us a view of a spectacular moonrise. The flat is within steps of the major attractions and gay hot spots, including Glockenspiel and Deutsche Eiche. My hosts were so welcoming and provided wonderful conversation, making great suggestions of what to do and see. I felt right at home.

Nico and Oli were great hosts, and their apartment was perfect for my stay! The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The rooftop patio had a great view. The location was close to several gay bars and the city center, perfect for exploring the city during the day and going out at night. Nico and Oli were so welcoming, and took me to a local street festival and introduced me to some of their friends. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here!

I am really happy Nicolas and Olivier hosted me on my first trip to München. They are the best hosts I have ever had on MrB&B. They are knowledgeable, helpful, easy to talk with (before & during the stay), and easy & relaxing to be around .. in other words: two great guys. Olivier even took me on a sightseeing tour in the city. Their home is nice, clean, perfect location and the best option for a single traveller. Their place is highly recommended and I will definitely stay with them next time.
