Eugen's flat it's awesome.. I really enjoyed to be there ... I recommend this flat for short or long time.. perfect location!

Host is friendly and helpful and seems like a nice person. Problem for me was that the host was not willing to provide a key or other form of access to the appartment, even after checking in. This meant I had no access unless I came home before 22:30 at night. Also expected to check out when host left for work at 07:30 in the morning, far earlier than usual. the combination of being forced to be in at a certain time and up early, meant that I simply had to find alternative accomodation since i was out until 23:30. A host that does not provide access to accommodation and requires early check out times, was not informed of this before booking.

Eugen is very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a nice conversation in the evening. The apartment is very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable.

The directions to the apartment were explained perfectly and it has excellent connections to reach many destinations easily. The apartment is very clean, has bright rooms, and offers a view of the Alps. Eugen is a very nice, communicative, thoughtful, and friendly host. You feel like you're at home or with a good friend. There's no problem sharing the bed with him. It was a wonderful stay and I would happily book the accommodation again. Thank you for the lovely time.

Eugen texted me that we should TOGETHER sleep in the same bed, which is not mentioned clearly in the ad. I asked the person to cancel the booking but he refused. Of course, it's told about sharing room, but there is no information about SLEEPING TOGETHER in the same bed. I discovered this detail after booking... One more detail: after booking Eugen texted me that he has at the same time one guest in guest room, which wasn't also mentioned in the ad. I didn't go to that flat for my safety.

Eugen is a very likable, empathetic and extremely hospitable person! You can have a great conversation with him and were pampered with his charm and hospitality! The apartment is very beautiful, neat, clean and radiates a lovely warm atmosphere! I will definitely stay with Eugen again!
