This is not a private room: The 3-room duplex apartment has a guest room. If this room is not available, I can offer an affordable place to sleep in the bedroom (in which case it’s not a private room but a shared room) or, alternatively, in the living room—though it cannot be darkened!!! You’ll sleep on a very comfortable, separate mattress and share the same bathroom. It’s all very cozy and best suited for people looking for an affordable place to stay for a short time.

The apartment isn’t far from the Johanneskirchen S-Bahn station. From there, it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center/main train station and 20 minutes to the airport. This makes it ideal if you have an early flight, since the S-Bahn runs almost nonstop.

Lomi-Lomi massages are offered in the building, but not by me, and there’s an extra charge.

If the room isn’t available, there’s also the option to sleep on a matress in my bedroom or living room. At first glance, the apartment may seem to be on the outskirts of Munich, but it’s very well connected — only 20 minutes to the city center and 20 minutes to the airport. I had such a lovely stay with Andy! He was so hospitable and made for one of my highlights in Munich. Not only was his apartment easy to access and extremely nice and clean, Andy himself was so nice and lovely with explaining the city and what to do and what I can see. I hope I can see him again soon!!

I had a really great stay at Andi's place. Andy made the experience incredibly comfortable. He was always respectful, friendly, and easy to be around. The space was clean, well-kept, and felt very welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a good environment for guests. Overall, a very kind person, a pleasant experience and I'd absolutely stay again.

Comfortable modern apartment with a very nice well prepared room. Flexible check in times to accommodate. Was friendly welcome host and happy to accomodate and give tips and suggestions on transport and places to see. A little outside the altstadt but conveniently only 1 tram line away to take.

My stay at Andy's apartment for 2 nights was really great. Andy was very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with useful information. The apartment was very clean and incredibly well-maintained. The location was perfect for my needs, just a short walk to the metro station (even though it was temporarily interrupted) and the bus stop, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
