I warmly welcome you to my comfortable and cosily furnished 1 room apartment in the middle of Munich City. The house was built in the year 2000 and is located directly in the gay area with bars, restaurants and clubs. It's still quiet for me because my apartment is in a quiet side street and the windows face the garden. In the large room there is a dining area, a closet with space for your things and a sofa on which I sleep. The king size bed (1.40mx 2.00m) is available for you in the same room. It also has a kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony, where we can have breakfast together in summer.

NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! UNACCEPTAB BEHAVIOUR FROM HOST AND NOT CLEAN FLAT!!! Better avoid! Regarding his proposition to offer me a breakfast, he did not ask me if I am vegan or vegetarian. Only he asked if I drink wine/beer and coffe or tea. I would not say that was a really breakfast, rather a snack, maybe it is different with other guests who do not refuse him to have fun as in his pictures. Also, his place is a mass and very dirty. I wanted just to enjoy my short trip to Munich. It is my first time I use your platform, and I am very disssapointed. I really do not understand if this is how mister b&b works or what? I was very embarrassed, stressed and felt very bad after this rent. Do not recommend to anyone else

I just have one word for this "amazing". The host is super nice and the place can't be closer to everything. It's also a nice neighborhood, quiet and very respectful. I can't wait to come back

Chris was an incredible host, and his home was perfect for an overnight layover I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and he had some great recommendations for food. Everything is within walking distance from his home, which made the stay that much more convenient. Thank you Chris for a wonderful stay! I will be back the next time I am in Munich!
