Martin·5·Mar. 2026· "I had a lovely stay with Barry & Mikey over Mardi Gras. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean, and it had its own private section of the terrace. The adjacent bathroom was spacious, immaculate, and stocked with plenty of lovely fluffy towels.
Check-in was a breeze. We kept in touch on ******** throughout my stay, which made everything really easy if I needed anything.
Barry and Mikey made me feel incredibly welcome. I was free to make cups of tea or use the kitchen to prepare breakfast, which made the place feel very relaxed and homely. They even went above and beyond during Mardi Gras by inviting me to a brunch with their friends, which turned out to be a really memorable experience.
One of the biggest highlights is the location and amenities. There’s a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool on site, both included as part of your stay. Coles supermarket is just around the corner, along with some great restaurants—perfect if you’re a bit hungover and in need of a good feed.
If you’re undecided, I’d absolutely recommend booking—you won’t regret staying here. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Sydney."

A perfect location offering cheap and convenient public transport east to Bondi Beach and a stones throw west to the city. Not forgetting the fantastic shopping of Paddington including the iconic Paddington Markets, open each and every Saturday. All this with quite possibly the most comfy bed I've ever slept in. Plus Adam makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Not to mention his great friend and companion, Hugo the dog. Quite a personality himself."

Dieter·5·Nov. 2025· "It was already my second stay with Jerry and it was as good as last time. The house is clean and cosy, with a new shared bathroom and kitchen. It is not far from the vibrant Surry Hills and I could walk to the CBD in about half an hour. Buses are also available just around the corner. I can highly recommend this location. I had a great time, thanks Jerry!"

The apartment is a wonderful hide away from the rushing city but still not too far from it and well connected by buses, also the popular district of Surry hills is just a short walk away.
