SYDNEY CITY - LOCATION LOCATION $35/night for each 3rd and 4th guests

This is a one bedroom apartment. Lounge dining, kitchen and bathroom are separate. The bedroom offers a Queen bed whilst the black three seater lounge (sofa bed) can be used as second bed (size - double bed). Extra pillows, quilts are provided and can be found in the built-in ward robe inside the bedroom. Extra bath and face towels are provided and located in the vanity unit inside the bathroom. Smokers: Can smoke on the BALCONY ONLY. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Not suitable for children 12 years of age and below. No Pets allowed. Smoking only allowed on the balcony. No noise after 10pm during weeknights and after 12pm during weekends. Guests must press the button on the right panel of the wall (where indicated) in order to get through the first glass sliding door. Then you will need to use a Fob Key in order to get inside the building foyer and access the lift (including access to the mail box). Only ONE Fob key is provided to access the building and the lift. You may need to share this Fob key if there are more than one guest occupying the entire apartment. Door keys are provided for each guest/s. Kindly return all keys (both Fob key and door key/s) in the white vase marked with "Returned Keys" located on the work desk. Inability to return the key will cost $300 for Fob key and $50 for door keys.
