I have a private room in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in a highly secure building.
The room has a queen bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, small study desk, and a south-facing balcony. The bedroom has a sliding door with a lock.
You will have access to your own (guest) bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
The apartment is drenched in sunlight which allows me to grow a lot of indoor plants. It almost functions as a glass house. There is an open plan fully functional kitchen / dining / lounge room with a 3-seater sofa and an armchair. There is also a huge north-facing balcony with an outdoor entertainment area. You will be able to see the top of Sydney's Centre-point tower.
There is an internal staircase from the front door up into the apartment lounge room and bedrooms.

The apartment is 20min walk from Oxford St and the nightlife scene. It is only 10min walk into Surry Hills, which has all the cool cafes and local shopping. There is an Aldi and Coles supermarket within 5min walk. Bus stops outside the building take you directly into the city centre.

Jawad was a lovely host, making my stay very easy and comfortable. The apartment is a wonderful hide away from the rushing city but still not too far from it and well connected by buses, also the popular district of Surry hills is just a short walk away. I had a wonderful time at Jawad's place and can fully recommend it for a layover in Sydney. Thank you Jawad!

Jawad was an incredible host. His apartment was homey, clean, and located in an excellent neighborhood. Jawad was warm, welcoming, and gave wonderful recommendations for local activities. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I had a great stay at Jawad's place. The home is conveniently located nearby numerous bus stops so taking public transit was very easy. The room is clean, comfortable, spacious and comes with a private bathroom (not attached). Jawad is friendly, kind and communicative. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sydney.

My stay at Jawad's was wonderful. His apartment is beautiful and super clean. He made my stay as pleasant as possible. The bed in the guest room was really comfortable, with my own large adjacent bathroom to the guest room. Jawad left some snacks for me, and gave me access to do some laundry. He is a lovely guy, very friendly and sweet. He was great to talk to and helpful with tips around the city. It was the perfect stay. I hope we keep in touch. I would highly recommend. Thanks Jawad!

Perfect for my first trip to Sydney. This location (Waterloo) is a neighborhood in Sydney very close to the city center and walking distance to all the cafes, gay bars, and restaurants in and around Oxford street. Jawad's place is very clean, organized, comfortable, and welcoming. He welcomed me with snacks, a quick tour of the apartment, great food recommendations, a map and directions to surrounding areas, and was always available via text during my stay! Great host!
