Private room (+a/c), balcony & bathroom in large Inner Sydney terrace

Aaron was an awesome host and was willing to help and was flexible with the check in time which I thought was super kind of him. He also has a beautiful clean apartment with everything you will need for your stay. Really appreciated the city guide that he's made. The shower, bedroom and living spaces are all super well equipped and I had a great stay. Thanks again and I'd highly recommend.

I could not have wished for a better host. Aaron is super easy to communicate with, and that started already when I made the booking. He is very easygoing, and will go out of his way to help with everything that one could possibly need. The connection was so easy that we even went for dinner together a couple of times during my stay. He also made great recommendations around Sydney, including a really enjoyable naked yoga class. I can only recommend Aaron to anyone wishing to stay in the area. His house is not on the very centre of Sydney, but that can be easily reached via a short local train ride (only 3 stops).

Never done a misterb&b before, & Aaron really set the standards high for everywhere else I'll be staying. From the moment I reached out about booking he's been nothing but helpful to me up until I left Sydney. The room was so nicely put together & spacious. The amenities were great & the location was handy. His suggestions were super helpful & guided me w/ options on what I wanted to do while in Sydney. My recent stay at Aaron's Inner Sydney Terrace in Erskineville was first class. From the moment I arrived Aaron made me feel welcome and couldn't have been more accommodating. He is a friendly and gracious host, happy to join you for a chat, a meal or a night out, but equally happy to leave you to your own company if you so wish. The room he has is incredibly spacious, had heaps of storage with a lovely light filled balcony and a very comfortable bed. The convenience of the bathroom right next door was great. This location is perfect for exploring the city and I was able to easily make my way into the cbd each day without any trouble. I honestly can't recommend Aaron and his room highly enough, if you book in here you won't be disappointed.

This was my second stay at Aaron's place in Erskineville. The room and adjacent balcony are comfortable and quiet. Aaron's hospitality and company of course are the highlights of this stay. Looking forward to the next visit.

Aaron is an excellent host. It is my second stay and like the first conversation with Aaron was really enjoyable and his appartment is spotlessly clean and tidy, while still being a comfortable and welcoming home. I can certainly recommend staying with Aaron.

Aaron's place is great! Extremely clean and a short walk to the trains to explore everything Sydney. Aaron himself is very friendly and personable, and I would love to stay with him again next time I'm in Sydney. Highly recommend !

What a great host is Aaron. Was mindful of my preferences including CO, attentive without being intrusive, and terrific company when appropriate. Aaron has much useful knowledge of available services in the locality and beyond. The accommodation is fantastic - great bed (black-out blinds), separate bathroom (with tub!) - and extremely well located. The only improvement I'd make is allowing for a longer stay (mine was too short!). Thank you Aaron

Aaron's stay is in one of the most vibrant parts of Sydney - Leafy inner city suburb with easy access to transport all round. The room is comfortable, private and air conditioned with your own private bathroom. On top if it all you have a wonderful host who can help you with your stay as much or as little as you like. 5 stars!

In our mother tongue Dutch for a change.. we find Aaron's place simply perfect. A newly built apartment with essentially your own floor featuring a comfortable bedroom, balcony and bathroom. And use of the kitchen as a bonus. And what makes it most unique is Aaron himself. And on top of that, the many tips for a great time in Sydney. We've been to Sydney several times already and still received even more tips... we feel like locals.
