After traveling the world and having many (>40) wonderful experiences staying at Misterb&b's I've decided to host in my modern 3 bedroom terrace in one of Sydney's most LGBTQ+ suburbs
I offer my guest bedroom (13m2 / 140 sq ft) on the first floor (so must be okay with stairs) with a queen bed, own large (12m2 / 130 sq ft) balcony, air conditioner and adjacent bathroom with bath / shower (I have my own ensuite) as well as use of the large living / dining room and courtyard. The kitchen may also be used for preparing / heating simple meals and storing food so long as you clean up after yourself.
The complex I'm in has an outdoor pool available during the day in the warmer months, and the 41 hectare Sydney Park is a 5 minute walk away - perfect for people watching, running or reading a book in the sun.
The inner west (Erskineville / Newtown) is one of Sydney's most vibrant entertainment precincts and there are lots of LGBTQ+ friendly shops, restaurants, bars, theatres, etc within easy walking distance. To go a bit further there are heaps of transport options with Erskineville station a 7 minute walk (2 stops to Central Station, 3 stops to Oxford Street) and nearby bus stops.
Clothing optional stays are welcome but not mandatory - whatever you are most comfortable with.
I'm a friendly sociable guy, so happy to chat, offer suggestions and even join you if availability and interests align. Also happy to help out with extra things (like beach towels, etc - just ask). I hope I'll be able to help you enjoy life in Sydney as much as I do!

Having stayed in many misterb&b's I appreciate what helps make a great host. I'm happy to help out with advice and things you may have forgotten or too large to pack (ie power adapters or beach towels).
I'm also usually up for a chat or a trip to the beach - but if you prefer your own space that's fine too - and my home is large enough to accommodate.
You can determine if the house is clothing optional or not when you stay (I'm happy either way)
For hosts
I enjoy exploring new places by walking around and going to live events. Also enjoy being nude if that’s how hosts live but okay with being clothed also.
While I am sociable and like getting to know my hosts I appreciate that doesn't work for everyone and while I'm on holiday your life might be a bit busier not allowing so much time to chat.
As my reviews note I am clean and tidy and will respect you and your home. As both an experienced host and guest I know how to share spaces with others

Erskineville and Newtown are 2 of Australia's most LGBTQ+ friendly suburbs. So there are many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops that are LGBTQ+ friendly (and frequented) within a short walk (Erskineville Road, King Street, Enmore Road) and the best part is they are quite eclectic and individual so not too many of the major chains you'll find in most other locations and well worth a wander
There is nude yoga and massages available within a 10 minute walk
Imperial Hotel (from Priscilla Queen of the Desert) is a 10-15 min walk. Stonewall, Newtown Hotel, The Bank and Websters are all a 15-20 min walk away - although any of the bars locally are LGBTQ+ friendly
Oxford Street where the cities gay clubs used to be concentrated (they're moving more over this way) is <5km away and easy to access via train (2 or 3 stops) or bus (30 minutes) or car (15 minutes) or on foot (an hour)

Mutual respect / common sense is key and I'm happy to discuss any specific needs you have (preferably before you book). As a general rule . Please clean up after yourself . No smoking inside and no pets . No parties or loud noises after 10pm . Prefer that you don't host "guests" unless special circumstances and discussed prior to booking Clothing optional only covers indoor spaces (plenty of great beaches in Sydney for outdoor nudity). I'll follow my guests lead - please let me know your preference. Check in time to be agreed before arrival day - I'll be flexible where I can. If you can give an indication when booking that would be helpful so I can make sure I'm free and block time out in my diary.

This was my second stay at Aaron's place in Erskineville. The room and adjacent balcony are comfortable and quiet. Aaron's hospitality and company of course are the highlights of this stay. Looking forward to the next visit.

Aaron is an excellent host. It is my second stay and like the first conversation with Aaron was really enjoyable and his appartment is spotlessly clean and tidy, while still being a comfortable and welcoming home. I can certainly recommend staying with Aaron.

Aaron's place is great! Extremely clean and a short walk to the trains to explore everything Sydney. Aaron himself is very friendly and personable, and I would love to stay with him again next time I'm in Sydney. Highly recommend !

What a great host is Aaron. Was mindful of my preferences including CO, attentive without being intrusive, and terrific company when appropriate. Aaron has much useful knowledge of available services in the locality and beyond. The accommodation is fantastic - great bed (black-out blinds), separate bathroom (with tub!) - and extremely well located. The only improvement I'd make is allowing for a longer stay (mine was too short!). Thank you Aaron

Aaron's stay is in one of the most vibrant parts of Sydney - Leafy inner city suburb with easy access to transport all round. The room is comfortable, private and air conditioned with your own private bathroom. On top if it all you have a wonderful host who can help you with your stay as much or as little as you like. 5 stars!

In our mother tongue Dutch for a change.. we find Aaron's place simply perfect. A newly built apartment with essentially your own floor featuring a comfortable bedroom, balcony and bathroom. And use of the kitchen as a bonus. And what makes it most unique is Aaron himself. And on top of that, the many tips for a great time in Sydney. We've been to Sydney several times already and still received even more tips... we feel like locals.

2nd try. Aaron and his place were amazing! Great location. Very convenient to all sights and easily walkable as well. Aaron took time to answer my questions both before my arrival and afterwards. He is very knowledgeable about ******** what and how to get places, recommendations abound and he was a terrific host. Letting me know he was available but left me to be myself without any problems. His home is spectacular. I can't say enough good things.
