"Thomas' communication and information before arrival was exceptional. Check in was easy and the location is very convenient with various methods of travel nearby within a short walking distance. The property is immaculate and has all the mod cons should you wish to use them. I felt very welcome and Thomas was both friendly and warm and went out of his way to ensure comfort. "An amazing place that I couldn’t recommend more! This beautiful 200-year-old house perfectly combines historic charm with elegant interior design, and the views of the beach are simply magnificent. The courtyard garden is stunning — a wonderful spot to enjoy a relaxed afternoon chat if the weather allows. The place is peaceful, spotless, fully equipped, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Within minutes, you can reach the beautiful beach for a scenic walk and admire the sculptures by Sir Anthony Gormley, or simply grab a coffee by the lake — it’s the perfect setting for a calm, rejuvenating weekend. The location is also excellent: just a short walk to the train station, and in 15 minutes you’re in Liverpool city centre. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby as well. The hosts were outstanding from the very beginning — they helped arrange transport from the airport, provided a detailed city guide complete with photos, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Despite breakfast not being included (and the weather being wet), they even cooked breakfast for me on Sunday so I wouldn’t have to go out in the rain. They truly make you feel at home. I couldn’t have found a better place for a relaxing weekend in Liverpool!"

"James has a lovely home and 2 old lovely dogs. We had a good chat after arrival and I had a good sleep on the firm and extremely comfortable bed. Loved the modern bathroom and kitchen and had a healthy breakfast in the morning which I really appreciated. James was quick to respond prior to booking and communicated well. Thoroughly recommend a stay with James 👍"

"I had a lovely stay with Anthony in his charming home in a beautiful part of southwest Scotland. It was very relaxed being with him hanging out together in the lounge. The bed is very comfortable and allows for a great night's sleep. There are many recreational choices within easy reach of Anthony's home as well as a number of lovely towns."

"We had a fantastic stay with Josh, he was really welcoming and lovely, and came down to greet us and check us in. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the canal, and had a private bathroom and some basic amenities. It's in a great location - only a 5 min walk to a Puregym, 10-15 mins to the city centre. It's really great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here, and I look forward to visiting again!"
