"We were so impressed with this beautiful home. Everything was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and so many details of what guests might need or enjoy were graciously anticipated. The hosts bent over backward to check in and offer assistance. The home itself was a lovely historic gem just a short distance from the historic downtown (walking or driving). You can also easily walk to a few places to get a quick coffee or bagel. This was my partner's first time renting a home and when we next went to a bed and breakfast in Asheville immediately following Lexington he said he wished we were back at Dave and Steve's place. It left quite an impression and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here."

"This is my 3rd time to stay at this location. Nice pool. Quiet. I have never rented a car, and was able to walk to the grocery store and basic places close by. At the last minute, I had to extend my stay as Storm Debbi canceled my flight back to the Northeast. Leo was very accomodating, and provided what I needed. I have stayed in 2 of these units, and recommend them for single people and couples. Peaceful neighborhood."

"Conveniently located one mile from the heart of downtown and gay bar district, unit was clean, nicely decorated and furnished, with every household amenity and kitchen equipment you might need. Quality mattress and bedding insured good sleep. Walk-in closets for each bedroom allowed ample space for hanging and unpacking. Expansive courtyard with mountain views was great. Were also very helpful in providing an extensive list of eating/drinking recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed."

"Daiv is the consummate host! He was excellent with communication, even while he was out of town during our stay. The Bohemia was in the beautiful Riverside neighborhood, close to many conveniences and entertainment. Our Bohemia had all the comforts of being home, and it felt like home. Quirky, clean, and welcoming. An added benefit was an 'honor system' beverage center, which was especially appreciative for our first night! We would stay here again."
